Overview
Primary Care Networks (PCN) have been introduced by the NHS as a new way of working to enable health and other service providers to work together more effectively. The New Malden & Worcester Park Primary Care Network (PCN) services a population of approximately 60,000 people and covers Groves Medical Centre, Village Surgery, Roselawn Surgery, Holmwood Corner Surgery, West Barnes Surgery and Manor Drive Medical Centre.
Challenge
The client asked Studio Luxmore to create a website and to help them communicate with their patients. The website needed to be adaptable, with the request for the client to be able to manage it internally.
Solution
Working within their 2020/21 budgetary framework, we created a temporary Visual Identity in order to build the Website. Copy was supplied by the client and edited by Studio Luxmore. Studio Luxmore also prepared a Communications Plan to give the client a strategy with which they could convey their messages to their target audience.
