Meet the Team
Friends first, business partners second. Studio Luxmore is a London-based strategic marketing agency founded by friends Charlie and Louisa. Meeting when their children were in nursery they immediately connected over a shared passion for the arts and design. After noticing creative friends struggling with their marketing, they knew they could make their friends’ lives easier with a simpler, more strategic and holistic approach to marketing.
With young families and busy lives of their own, Studio Luxmore works with clients in a holistic way. With extensive experience in marketing and strategy, the studio goes beyond traditional marketing, considering all aspects of the brand, from visual identity to customer experience, while also providing advice on brand culture, values, mindset and productivity methods.
Charlie Giles is a marketing, branding, events and PR expert. Her experience includes top FTSE 100s, creative businesses, start ups and leading industry not-for-profits. Charlie has been involved with building brands from scratch to large rebrands, organising intimate and large scale events and leading struggling organisations onto a successful path. She loves the variety of marketing and brings meaning and connection to every project.
Louisa Tan is an expert in strategy, behaviour change and project management. She has worked in the UK and Australia. Her experience includes consultancy with Transport for London, Museum of London, the Barbican and London Local Authorities.
